Ahhh, reminds me of our two puppies in China. I miss that chicken. It really was tasty, and so cheap. If we found those here, a whole deep fried chicken for 150 yen, we'd be eating them daily in the temple and in every house! Go go go!
He's actually chewing on a T-bone from a steak. Yeah, I miss the prices in China too....that's pretty much all I miss though. It's funny, they have stalls and stores here that have all the exact same stuff they used to sell at Splendid China, just 10 times the price. It's "chotto mezulashi". Actually, I have no idea what that means.....just came to me so I wrote it down. Can one of you please enlighten me? I've been out of Japan for way too long.

It means it's kinds rare.
Okay, so I kind of missed the boat with that one... Maybe I should just stick with "chotto hen ne?"
